Our mission is to improve health care delivery to everyone by implementing Value Management. This website illustrates how we are applying the methodology within Health Care Delivery Organizations (HDOs), while also outlining why Value Management is the constructive change that is needed. Currently, the health care structure is failing all patients, providers and payers due to the zero-sum competition design. We wish to transform this flawed structure to a value-based design which leverages Lean tools, methodologies, and business analytics to identify and monitor Critical Success Factors (CSFs), Key Result Indicators (KRIs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to demonstrate success from healthcare initiatives.
The articles we created show the benefits of this change for each key player involved. Our team consists of representatives whom are equally passionate for, and dedicated to, this methodology. We believe every patient in America should receive the utmost care and attention within their personal Care Cycle(s).
Our efforts have already been nationally recognized… On November 30th, 2016, we won an award at the Predictive Analytics Summit in Chicago for ‘Best Use of Data for a Public Good’. This award was presented to the group who has ‘used data to help government and services solve society’s biggest problems.’ The presentation, led by Nathan Tierney, pitched our idea and advancement towards implementing a Value Management approach within the Veterans Health Administration, and Office of Information & Technology, that is focused on value-based outcomes.
“We are poised to improve Veterans and their families’ lives.” – Nathan Tierney
